When we first walked into this cottage, you could see that it was time for some updating.
This small cottage offered no space for our clients to enjoy the cottage life. They wanted to turn this into a relaxing space to come and enjoy and get away from everyday life.
The lot was small and there was really no room to expand other then up. We designed this cottage to have a loft level above. This provided space for two additional bedrooms for guests to also come and enjoy.
A revitalized main floor plan, completely rearranged from the original layout, provided a more open concept, larger master and and a large living room with cathedral ceiling over looking the wondrous views they have to see.
